AmokX provides automated token safety analysis, trust scoring, LP locking, community voting, and related tools for tokens on BSC and Base blockchains.

AmokX does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Trust scores are automated analysis based on publicly available on-chain data. Scores do not constitute endorsement or recommendation of any token. High scores do not guarantee safety. Low scores do not confirm a scam. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

AmokX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Third-party data sources may contain errors or delays. AI-powered analysis is experimental and may produce incorrect results.

AmokX's maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid to AmokX in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on trust scores, analysis, or any other information on the platform.

The AmokX Locker is a smart contract deployed on BSC and Base. Locked tokens are held by the smart contract, not by AmokX. AmokX cannot access, withdraw, or modify locked tokens. Users are responsible for verifying lock parameters before locking.

Token projects may pay for enhanced profiles which add verified logos, descriptions, and social links. Enhanced profiles do not affect trust scores. Payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

Votes are public and tied to wallet addresses. Manipulation through multiple wallets or bots is prohibited. AmokX reserves the right to exclude suspicious votes from aggregated results.

Do not use AmokX for illegal activity, market manipulation, harassment, or excessive automated scraping.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AmokX after changes constitutes acceptance.
